The entire hotel reflects the urban atmosphere of New York in the most streamlined manner, drawing inspiration from the minimalist design. Apart from the hotel's name being attached, the entire area resembles a work of art. The branding identity system that is included in such a work of art must complement simplicity while also evoking the artistic spirit of the hotel so that visitors to the hotel may experience New York's various personalities and moods.

The Greenwich Hotel, Robert DeNiro’s 88-room luxury property in TriBeCa NYC, is the premier destination for the discerning traveler. Bagley brings the level of detail and sophistication at the heart of the brand to its key collateral in print and on the Web. The team added personal touches to items like the keycard envelope, which features images of old-fashioned keys and is rubber-stamped with the guest’s room number at check-in.
To help LodgeWorks launch its boutique Archer brand, the team created an identity system to work across all locations, reflecting an upscale look while allowing room for local touches. For them, Archer became their curator, a well-heeled and well-traveled patron who enjoys life’s finer things, from New York to Napa. With the logo mark, typographic guidelines, brand voice, a suite of media applications and more, they made it clear that Archer offers the best of whatever city you happen to frequent.
For the fashionable refashioning of a distinguished Upper East Side hotel, with residences: a European style and a cosmopolitan tone—illustrated with playfully Franglais-friendly visuals. Extending the spirit of decorator Jacques Grange's iconic lobby floors to the sidewalk outside, the team installed a new iconic 'M' to mark the spot—perfect for a paparazzo pose or a moment's peaceful pause.

Every guests could control their room, including bedroom, living room and bathroom simply on the screen without standing up and finding the control panel which they are unfamiliar with. The interaction mode brings the guest deep experience in the screen. Using the hotel smart products for quick control, each device has associated personal controls. The hotel also offers the features of floor heating and aromatherapy which can also be simply controlled over the screen.
